Animus & Attachment

A transformational course for the feminine psyche

This class is a deep dive into the mythic and psychological terrain of the inner masculine—the Animus. Designed for women ready to reclaim their power, Animus and Attachment explores how unconscious patterns of outsourcing containment, protection, and direction to men can create cycles of longing, disempowerment, and heartbreak.

Through a Jungian and psychodynamic lens, we’ll illuminate the roots of these patterns and begin the sacred task of building an inner relationship with the Animus: the part of the feminine psyche that holds, guides, and protects from within. As we cultivate this inner masculine, we begin to show up for ourselves with greater clarity, strength, and devotion—no longer seeking externally what must first be claimed internally.

This is not about hardening or doing it all alone. It’s about becoming a vessel strong enough to hold your own heart—so that love, when it comes, is chosen freely, not from need or lack.

Conflict Transformation
For Couples

A transformational course for couples

This multi-week Conflict Transformation for Couples series is designed to help partners move from reactive, trust-eroding patterns into conscious, intimacy-building engagement. Together, we’ll explore how the nervous system shapes conflic, so that you can recognize what’s happening beneath the surface in yourself and your partner. You’ll learn practical self-regulation and co-regulation tools to steady difficult moments in real time, along with a clear breakdown of common conflict styles and how they interact. Each week builds skills for navigating charged conversations with more clarity, accountability, and care. Rather than avoiding conflict or repeating painful cycles, you’ll develop the confidence and capacity to approach rupture as an opportunity for deeper understanding, strengthened trust, and personal growth. This class invites couples to transform conflict from something that divides into something that reveals, connects, and ultimately reshapes how you show up in love.
