Offerings
Depth Oriented Psychotherapy
~ Individuals ~
A space for deep self-exploration, healing, and transformation. Specializing in trauma therapy, I offer a grounded, compassionate presence for tending to what’s been exiled, wounded, or forgotten. Together, we build the capacity to stay with what arises—grief, fear, longing, joy—without judgment, and with growing trust in your own inner knowing.

This work is often a return to the body, a reconnection with soul, and a reweaving of fragmented attachment patterns. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, working through complex trauma, unraveling internalized narratives, or simply feeling called to deepen your self-understanding, psychotherapy becomes a sacred process of remembering who you are beneath adaptation and survival. Dreams, symbols, symptoms, and sensations are welcomed as guides—offering entry points into the unconscious and revealing the deeper myths shaping your life.

Rooted in depth psychological, somatic, attachment-based, and transpersonal frameworks, sessions are collaborative and intuitive, supporting both practical change and symbolic insight. The intention is not just symptom relief, but wholeness—an integrated sense of self that is resilient, rooted, and alive.

Trauma Intensives
~ For individuals, relationships, and families seeking immersive support ~
For those seeking focused, immersive support, trauma intensives offer a deep-dive experience into healing and integration. These extended-format sessions—offered to individuals, couples, or families—create space for slowed-down, intentional work with traumatic imprints, attachment wounding, relational ruptures, and spiritual or identity crises. Intensives allow us to step outside the weekly model and into a dedicated container where deeper layers of the psyche, body, and nervous system can be safely accessed and tended.
Each intensive is tailored to your unique story, needs, and goals. This is not about rushing transformation, but about creating a sanctuary for the soul to unfold at its own pace. We work with what has been fragmented or frozen—through the body, through story, through presence—reweaving connection, meaning, and possibility. The process is held with care, humility, and reverence for the sacred complexity of what it means to heal.

Focus Areas May Include:
-
Complex & developmental trauma
-
Attachment ruptures and relational trauma
-
Somatic symptoms, dissociation, and emotional overwhelm
-
Life transitions and existential crises
-
Integration of non-ordinary states or peak experiences
-

Modalities & Practices May Include:
-
Somatic Experiencing & Regulation — Tracking bodily sensations, working with the nervous system to support safety and release
-
Inner Parts & Ego-State Work — Dialoguing with wounded, protective, and exiled parts of the self to foster inner harmony
-
Depth-Oriented Processing — Working symbolically through dreams, archetypes, and personal mythology to access unconscious material
-
Narrative Integration — Reconstructing fragmented or shame-laden life narratives into coherent, self-compassionate meaning
-
Guided Imagery & Embodied Imagination — Accessing inner imagery and metaphor to open portals for healing and transformation
-
Attachment Repair & Relational Field Work — Building trust and intimacy in the therapeutic relationship or between family members

Altered State Experience Integration
~ For individuals, relationships, and families seeking immersive support ~
Psychedelic experiences can open doors to profound insight, emotional release, mystical states, and encounters with the deepest layers of self and cosmos. But the real medicine often unfolds in what happens afterward—in the slow, sacred process of integration. Without skillful support, the meaning and potential of these experiences can remain fragmented, confusing, or overwhelming, especially when they touch into trauma, shadow material, or existential truths.

This offering provides a grounded, compassionate space to metabolize and make sense of altered-state experiences—whether from plant medicine, ketamine, sacred ceremonies, or other psychedelic journeys. With a Jungian, depth-oriented lens, we approach the experience as a living symbol—a message from psyche or soul—rich with archetypal meaning, personal insight, and evolutionary potential. Together, we explore the symbolic language of your experience, track its resonance through the body, and support the unfolding it invites into your daily life.

Rooted in depth psychology, somatic practice, and trauma-attuned care, integration work honors the full spectrum of the psychedelic experience: the mystical, the visionary, the shadow, the ecstatic, the terrifying, the beautiful, and the mundane. The goal is not just to “process” the experience, but to allow it to take root—translating insight into embodied change, relational growth, and deeper alignment with your soul’s path.

This Work Supports:
-
Meaning-making from psychedelic or non-ordinary state experiences
-
Integration of trauma, shadow, or challenging visions
-
Spiritual emergence, existential insights, or ego dissolution experiences
-
Somatic grounding and nervous system repair post-ceremony
-
Bringing symbolic or archetypal encounters into embodied daily life
-
Reweaving coherence after fragmentation, overwhelm, or disorientation

Modalities & Frameworks May Include:
-
Jungian & Archetypal Integration — Working with the symbols, archetypes, and mythic themes that emerged in your journey, understanding them as messages from the unconscious
-
Somatic Tracking & Regulation — Grounding the experience into the body, addressing overwhelm, dysregulation, or dissociation that may arise post-journey
-
Parts Work & Shadow Integration — Meeting exiled or disowned parts of self that surfaced, tending to what was revealed with compassion and curiosity
-
Depth-Oriented Dialogue — Unpacking the personal and collective meaning of visionary experiences, dreams, or altered states
-
Narrative & Identity Integration — Supporting the reweaving of your life story, values, and identity as shaped by the medicine experience
-
Spiritual & Existential Support — Holding space for questions of purpose, meaning, mortality, and mystical experience
-
Psychoeducation on Non-Ordinary States — Understanding the psychological, somatic, and spiritual impact of psychedelic experiences from a trauma-attuned perspective

Please note: This work is intended to support individuals who are preparing for or integrating legal psychedelic experiences, such as ketamine-assisted therapy, or those who have engaged in personal journeys elsewhere.
