Families are living systems—woven through with love, loyalty, survival strategies, unspoken rules, and generational threads. Family therapy offers a compassionate and clarifying space to name what has been unsaid, to honor each voice, and to begin the slow work of healing old wounds while cultivating new ways of relating.

This work breathes humility, grace, and nuance into the relational field. It’s not about blame or fixing, but about becoming more conscious of the roles we play and the stories we carry—many of which began long before us. We explore intergenerational trauma, attachment ruptures, communication patterns, and emotional cutoffs, inviting every member of the system into a deeper knowing of self and one another.

Sessions are held with reverence for the complexity of family life—guided by depth psychological wisdom, somatic presence, and an ethic of love.
