Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24-hour notice. You will have one grace cancellation and beyond that will be charged the full appointment fee if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24-hour notice. If you’re 15 min late to your appointment and I’ve received no communication, then it will be cancelled, and the fee applies. If you miss three sessions in a row, I will ask that you reach out to book rather than keeping your regularly scheduled meetings.
